What happens if the President declares a national emergency right after the polls close, then seizes the ballots from key Democrat areas, and then destroys most of the Democrat votes from those areas before releasing them back to the local officials?

Looks like we're in another forever war in the middle east all thanks to Trump. Iran's nuclear program was not an imminent threat and also Trump claimed that he obliterated it last year. Now all he's talking about is opening the straight. There was never a goal to this war other than distraction.
