The largest federal housing bill in decades is now the law of the land. Pro-Housing Pittsburgh is proud to be one of the 227 organizations that endorsed the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act from the start.
Allegheny County hasn't conducted a property tax reassessment since 2012. We performed an analysis and found that regular reassessments would bring down the average tax bill, lower millage rates, and create a fairer system for just $1.20 per parcel. Here are the details. 🧵
