Quick reminder since people are bringing up Charlie Kirk again:
Jimmy Kimmel stitched together Republican politicians and commentators insisting the polls were wrong and that the GOP would win the House, the Senate and Texas, plus a promised $5,000 Trump dividend. The predictions were loud and nearly identical, and the montage lets them speak for themselves.
Libs of TikTok asked how nearly every Texas county could shift toward Democrats in a state Trump won by 14 points. The speaker says it implies Democrats rigged 254 counties run largely by Republicans. A fraud theory that needs Republican officials to miss it everywhere is not much of a theory.
No one can say they weren't warned about what Trump would do.
Trump's record on conceding elections he lost, now with a counter that barely moves.
The 'they're transing the kids' pitch meets a map showing a Democratic swing in nearly every state.
MAGA didn't lose this week because Trump's policies weren't implemented. It lost because they were.
MAGA has been weirdly quiet today. Guess being owned by the libs will do that to you.
President Trump says Vice President Vance is probably right that the Iran war and higher gas prices cost Republicans the election. His answer is that he would do it again, because he says Iran cannot be allowed a nuclear weapon.
Some MAGA voices claim a blue wave wouldn't have happened if Congress had passed the SAVE Act. But Texas already has voter ID and citizenship checks, and Democrats there won by 12 points. The SAVE Act didn't cost MAGA the election; sticking with Donald Trump did.
What Congress must do on January 3rd: - Resume aid to Ukraine. - Kill Trump's tariffs and reclaim tariff power. - Defund the Iran war. - Rein in emergency powers. - Investigate and defund ICE. - Investigate administration corruption. - Confirm ZERO Trump judicial nominees.
Trump to Fox: your polls say I'm not popular, get a better pollster. Baier: tonight's results are pretty close to what our polls showed. Trump: "I don't care. It doesn't matter."
Lessons from the election: 1) Moderate Democrats win. 2) Supporting Trump is political suicide. 3) Supporting Putin is political suicide. 4) Bigotry is political suicide.
Today is the day they pretend like they never supported Trump. We will not forget, and we will not forgive.
