people I gotta be honest with you. When that artist you commissioned sends you the first WIP of your character design, and suddenly that vague idea in your head becomes a very tangible blorbo you can squeeze in your mind with precision? that's the fucking life.

I'm obviously very biased, but I think a lot of people don't give due respect to software engineering in general, or even consider it "not really engineering when you think about it". But while I will concede it's easier to make bad software that "works" versus bad electrical infrastructure etc =>
