Foundation based in Switzerland. We expose cyberharm and defend at-risk communities with talent, technology and data.

💬 “When an #NGO gets breached, it’s not just data that’s exposed. It’s the identities of human rights defenders. The locations of field staff. The trust of communities who shared sensitive information because they believed it would be protected. The consequences aren’t abstract. They’re personal.”

On International Day for Women in Diplomacy, we celebrate the women shaping global dialogue and advancing peace in an increasingly complex digital world. While women and girls are disproportionately affected by online harms, they remain underrepresented in the forums where rules are written.

From accessing support to staying in touch with loved ones, displacement is also #digital. But with connectivity comes risk—cybersecurity isn't separate from #humanitarian work. On this World Refugee Day, we reaffirm our commitment to helping humanitarian organisations build digital resilience.

Cybersecurity for civil society is chronically underfunded, and the Common Good Cyber Fund is here to change that by providing grants of USD $100K to $300K to nonprofits protecting people online. Applications open from 23 June through 4 August 2026. Spread the word! @craignewmark.bsky.social
