The @polstudiesassoc.bsky.social Annual Conference starts on Monday. If you're going, think about coming to our roundtable discussion (Mon. 3.30pm) "Notes from a Speechwriter's Desk" with two former PM speechwriters (for Blair & Cameron): they know how to tell a story! It'll be fun & interesting.

I'll be presenting my approach to the relationship between democracy and rhetoric, whic I developed while working on authoritarianism, at the @polstudiesassoc.bsky.social for the first time.
