Feels so good that my kids' outgrown items (clothes, toys, car seats...) get recycled by friends and family. It'd feel even better if my kids weren't so big that I could recycle stuff from others. It's getting to a point where we're only donors but not receivers. 🙃

Alex Six@alexandersix.com · 2y agoI'm only just now trying out @penpot.app on one of my own projects, but wow I've been missing out. So many features for designers & devs to work together more easily, and the whole app is open-source and self-hostable! Consider me a Penpot shill from now on 🔥 (penpot.app)

Why is it so tricky to find a Digital 360 Marketing event that's worth attending and doesn't cost a fortune? They're either too focused on one specific area (SEO, AI, Affiliated,eCommerce, etc) or they cost $1K!! The only one that I keep attending online consistently is Brighton SEO.

People can tell me Bsky is full of cryptos or other "baddies" but what's clear to me for now is that it's not led by Elon Musk.
Today was my first day at a crossfit-type gym, and to my surprise, it's all about staying in shape and zero competition—just a supportive vibe. No gym bros in sight, just a bunch of women and men looking to get moving. 💪
Looks like this week of Piweek (Personal Innovation week) at Kaleidos - where @penpot.app was born- will be a tough. I decided to join the team who will be working on cyber bullying for adolescents and checking some resources can be hard to believe, especially being a mum of two pre-adolescents.
Finding a lovely message of a colleague wishing me a nice weekend. This is the vibe I so always wanted to have in my workspace. ❤️

Is there anything better than a tea when you have a cold? Every time I travel to my dear England, I bring with me a good stash of tea of Twinnings and PG. 😋 You can now find them in Spain but the bags have cords and are smaller. English version of the same brand are much better in England.
