A ne bi bilo smiselno, da bi bila zakonodajna pravila za karanteno usklajena vsaj na ravni EU? Idealno pa širše, globalno? Ker en dan jih bomo spet potrebovali. In če bomo pametni, jih bomo uporabljali za zaustavljanje pandemije, ne le za njeno blaženje.
