This week was a big week for MeshCore in our area. Member station "WW7STR/PugetMesh Cougar" was installed on Cougar Mountain. Check out that coverage! MeshCore is similar to Meshtastic but offers different features. Most common hardware supports both LoRa mesh software. #pugetmesh #meshcore #lora
Good propagation on the Monday night Meshtastic net tonight! Tacoma to Shoreline on 5 hops, and Shoreline to Port Angeles on 6 hops. Great stuff. Maps courtesy of: meshinfo.gessaman.com/chat.html #pugetmesh #meshtastic #lora
Attention Meshtastic Users! If you are located in Western Washington, we are coordinating a switch to ShortFast for the month of May. This should help our mesh grow and support more message traffic. #pugetmesh #meshtastic #lora
Tried Meshtastic and/or want something else? Give MeshCore a try. More discussion on the discord. #pugetmesh #meshcore #lora #emcomm

Hello Meshtastic Mesh-ers in the area! We are conducting an experiment. March 16-30th Please convert all nodes to CLIENT or CLIENT_MUTE. We want to measure the impact of less routers and repeaters on the mesh over these two weeks. Results will be published publicly. #pugetmesh #meshtastic

Do you mesh with LongFast or MediumFast? Either way we have you covered with one of our dual-radio nodes. One in Everett named Paine East, and another in Seattle named Capitol Hill. #pugetmesh #meshtastic
Did you know? Even though the Puget Mesh Meshtastic mesh has thousands of nodes, we still have challenges with connectivity and message propagation. Working together we have made great strides in improving this. We encourage you to work with your neighbors to grow your mesh. mqtt.davekeogh.com
New nodes in high places! "PugetMesh.org - Paine East (📵)" LongFast and MediumFast routers in South Everett.

How do you mesh? Check out these photos from one local member who connects while biking.

Thanks to everyone that made it to the first in person Meshtastic meetup! It was a nice turnout, and lots of really good questions and discussions. Also lots of mesh nodes and hardware types to checkout.
Despite severe winds and major power outages over the last day, the mesh still breathes! These are only the nodes that have been heard within the last 6 hours (and provide a position to map). #pugetmesh #meshtastic #lora
