Went to the ENT today as I was having some issues with lower high frequency response than I'm used to. Turns out my eustachian tube is inflamed and it's because of acid reflux. Apparently the enzymes that make their way up the esophagus can irritate that and cause your hearing to be less effective.

Today I found out you can make noise cancelling headphones feedback if you enter an area that has high amplitude of your ear canals resonant frequency and lift the headphones off you ears briefly.
This has truly been my favourite GDC. Gave my first talk and have heard from people repeatedly how much they liked it. I've met so many cool people, sang my favourite songs at karaoke, Carousel con continues, and got to play Megalovania live at a jam session. Couldn't be happier!
