⛰️ Mt Bierstadt, Colorado, elevation 14,065’ (4,287m). First climb of a 14er out here and felt great accomplishing it!! Worked hard this year, dropped 30lbs, hiked more, pushed for higher elevation hikes to start tackling these peaks out here. First one down. Hopefully more to come!!

So happy to have climbed this ⛰️ this weekend as @cliff-the-pup.bsky.social and I push towards our first 14er this year! 7 miles, 2,500’ elevation gain. The view at the peak is worth it every time 😊 The peak here was 13,800’ and the views were some of the best I’ve had in a long time!
