I have perfected my Dijon mustard recipe. Canadian mustard seeds, more garlic, more white wine, less water and a longer smooth blend. So much tastier than store bought and I know every ingredient that has gone into it. Staying away from processed foods.

There are so many toxic fires around the world at the moment caused by climate change, war and overpopulation, pouring tons of pollutants into Earth’s atmosphere. Sad to see all our homegrown conservation efforts so easily negated.
