What if our media & news #culture encouraged deliberative discussion of benefits & costs of new ideas/actions to refine them for everyone's benefit , not just allow the issues to be debated badly (as they often are) causing good ideas/actions to be badly implemented or blocked? #DeepQuestioning

Status is not Character How a person perceives their status in a situation (high or low) may affect their character but that is still only part of their perceptions of self, their attributes & traits, such as their ways of understanding, reasoning, values/value-priorities and behaviour patterns.

Will peak and then falling world population lead to insoluble problems in loss of schools, hospitals & care staff? Perhaps not if, instead of seeing it as a problem, we think about building new & better models of #education, #health treatment & care suited for a lower population future. #politics
