I don't have much cause to post on here. Most everything that's said on SM is said better by others. But I feel like to not say it and keep it bottled up is not the right idea. If you can't love humanity and all the other people of the world you're living like an animal. Not to disparage animals.

I'm going to keep saying that there is very simple, very specific power in saying "No". By saying no you're creating a boundary giving the other party their chance to change tack. It's literally putting the response on them. By saying I don't like this thing you've done, that's permission.
When Trump and MAGA talk about invading our sovereign states with military force they're trying to antagonize us into an altercation. If they can't incite one from us they will assuredly just create one. Who knows,maybe they already have.

I'm curious if the influencers, for lack of a better term, here on BS just copy-paste their posts from the other platforms and don't really participate here beyond that. I imagine they just use an app that posts across social media.
I think it's important to name your fears. If journalist can say "I'm afraid of retaliation" they can meet the crisis head on rather than holding their fears in silence. The alternative is, of course, that they're not afraid, they're complicit. It's one or the other.
