Upon first inspection, crochet seems more complicated than i thought. There's a specific way to hold the yarn?? I bought this kit to relax and focus on something else than my anxiety, why is learning a new skill stressing me 😂😂

I've been thinking of the rice cooker so much, it arrived, but I still have to gather ingredients and fingers crossed i'm not too afraid to use it once the time comes

i was worried for a second after buying the crochet kit that the wool would be itchy (i usually can't touch wool it sends ants running through my arms and back) but it's actually not itchy and good for me to touch. I shall now try to crochet... KITTIES (i hope it's not too advanced for beginner me)

Bought a rice cooker to try and start making my own meals again, i'm still afraid to use the stove, don't know if i'll ever get over it but rice cooker might just circumvent the phobia cooking-wise. I have a slow cooker too that i could maybe eventually use for meat and soup.

I really can't deal with stress anymore. I need a break. And i can't get one.

I thought I was finally recovering from the beginning of the month's bullshit but apparently not, just had a little stressfull event this morning and i'm back to being overwhelmed and exhausted. Yesterday was the first okay day in the month, maybe tomorrow will be okay too. I hope.
