When a bipoc person is talking about intersectionality, it behooves you to put yourself in their shoes before immediately treating their words as a personal attack. When a trans woc says “white trans people are oppressors too,” don’t just fixate on how harsh the wording sounds to you.

Sometimes NB people tell me not to worry about passing, and it low-key bothers me. Because I wonder if they ever had to think about situations where they needed to be worried about passing in the real world.

Cìs woman is correct, it coloquically translates to not a trans woman. People who are usually offended by the word cìs feel this way because they view trans as a slur. The others besides birthing person, I believe are derogatory terms for trans men.

First of all, "being trans" is not a personality. You're seeing trans women just exist and taking it as some kind of act like it's a costume we put on and take off. That's just us living our lives.

If you are transgender you can be used as a bullet sponge by the US Military but not receive healthcare for you or your family members. According to these Democrats who voted yes on the amendments to the NDAA Interestingly enough, they voted no on Trump's trans military ban.

The thing about transphobes is that they largely believe periods are only bleeding. Nevermind any of the other symptoms that usually accompany periods. That's why those who have had a hysterectomy will also report having PMS symptoms, because it's hormonal.
