Re watched Terminator 2 the other night and, especially the night time scenes, I kept thinking how fucking good this movie looks, especially the colour. There was a vibrancy that I feel is missing a lot these days

Its been a fun ride all these years. Franchise and the universe it built deserved better tbh. The new update is fun, working my way through the last 2 expansions as I took a break after The Final Shape, no other gane quite scratches that specific itch like Destiny tbh

Visited the Japanese Gardens in Fife, cool history. Was designed by a horticulturist from Japan in 1908, her name was Taki Handa. The family of the woman who commissioned it (Ella Christie) have restored it after arseholes in the 60s wrecked it

Some great memories from Destiny, 1 and 2. Sucks to see it become The Eververse with a shooter attached to it but damn, when it was good it was amazing. I hope the universe isn't dead tho

My nerd pet peeve is the "oh that Dragon is actually a wyvern as it has 4 limbs not 6" discourse THEYRE NOT REAL, A DRAGON IS WHATEVER THE WRITER OR AUTHOR SAYS IS A DRAGON A fantasy world could have huge feathered snakes with lighting breath and be dragons if that's how it works in the setting
So I got a memory bear made for my mum using one of my dad's jumpers, got sent the pic of the finished bear today while working and was fully sobbing, its great but wasn't expecting to get so emotional
I really can't with the UK, theres this underlying attitude that prevents anything getting better, nimby'ism is rife, crabs in a bucket mentality as prominent as ever, folk fully accept things getting worse provided a group they don't like suffers more. At this point slogans matter more than policy
I kinda miss Destiny, like I know the games still there, but like what it was a few years ago. All the mystery, buzz, excitement etc. It just scratched an itch in my brain other games didn't n its shit seeing it fall so far
