Terremoto? More like TERRORmoto, amirite?! 😅

I have an irrational (?) fear of being in the shower when an earthquake hits. I didn't have this fear before now, but with earthquakes happening every few hours this is a very real possibility. #terremoto

More shaking. Getting super drunk in the face of a natural disaster is probably counter productive. But then again it's usually the drunk driver that survives the crash. Tough call....

Sometimes a truck of just the right size going by outside will make the floor vibrate just a bit. I never noticed that before but I'm hyper aware of it now.

Seriously, this has stopped being entertaining. There have been 3 sizeable quakes this morning. The news says there have been over 300 aftershocks since Friday night. My nerves are shot.

Ok these earthquakes can STOP. Please.

It's weird to me that the US can ban lawn darts but not guns.

The earthquake started a minute after I got in bed. I had just stripped off and was remembering how my ex-wife would sleep fully dressed in case she had to run outside in an emergency. Then I was struggling to put on pants whilst everything was shaking. Needless to say, I slept fully dressed.

I went to the store and everyone is a zombie. Nobody got any sleep last night. And the ground and sky have been rumbling all day.

We've been getting increasingly strong earthquakes over the last 18 hours. A 5.0 hit around 1am, just a few km from here and it was NOT fun up here on the 6th floor.

My self-imposed rule has been that I can't buy any of the clothes at the tourist shops because then I won't blend with the locals. But damn I had to buy these trousers. They're so light and comfy and I think they look pretty cute too! And they were only 10€. 🤘🏼

I just tried to help an american tourist couple who were clearly lost. The man did NOT want my help. The woman wanted to listen to me but kept getting interrupted by the guy. So I tried to beam her a look that said "I know how to help you" and she sent back "thanks, he's always like this."

I'm sure someone, somewhere is very sad Lindsey Graham died.

Unpopular opinion: I think skydiving is boring. Terrifying, yes. But falling through the sky is just loud and punishing. I did it twice to make sure and yeah, it didn't live up to the hype.
