Amnesty International put out a major report documenting the influence of UK based anti trans gender critical organizations and their funding. Within hours, GC groups threatened defamation lawsuits and Amnesty was forced to pull it down. Proving the point they're anti rights. Anyways, here it is.

Now that im on an energy rant. A real barrier to large scale human transit through space is dealing with the heat problem at scale. Bc humans and the things we use all create heat, and it has to go somewhere. For short voyages with limited crew its not an issue. But 100 people for 1, 2, 3 years?

Like I cant stress enough how most of our best methods for cooling things down rely on moving some cold fluid over something and then dissipating the heat the fluid absorbs into the environment. But its space. What fucking environment??

Okay like, for real tho. Also, it just wouldn't be. Issue with space is that the only form of cooling with exists sustainably is radiative (and energy losses from matter jiggling ofc). Its not "cold" in space ie the medium doesnt contain much matter to transfer heat through. So no cooling.

Israel is still holding all of the Palestinians in Gaza hostage. The settlers also engage in targeted, terrorist violence towards Palestinians in the West Bank. And now they're doing the same to Lebanon. Never lose sight of what kind of people makes up Israeli society.

The inheritance of will or the will of dreams, has to be my favorite theme in One Piece. The way that characters can die without being killed, and can be killed without dying, because a person dies when they are forgotten, when their dreams dies, not their body. That makes me genuinely tear up.

In conclusion, One Piece is the greatest story of our time and if your complaint is that its "too long" you're depriving yourself of genuine whimsy, joy, emotional depth, incredible symbolism, and relevant themes of what it means to be free for no reason. I will take no counterarguments I LOVE it.

As well, Luffy's simplicity is his depth. There is this part that stuck with me very young that I understood about people from Luffy. Only monsters need a reason to be kind. Kindness is its own reason, it is its own justification, it is its means and ends.

Another thing to me is that, despite how long One Piece is, reading it, i genuinely cant imagine a single arc it didnt need. Every arc builds up essential themes and world building. Even silly arcs have their necessity, like the Davy Back Fight planting the seeds of Davy D. Jones.

OMG another dichotomy! Blackbeard is the man with the ability to eat 3 devil fruits, implying he has 3 souls. But he is a soulless man. 3 hearts but no soul. Vs Luffy, the man who's true awakening is the Sun God Nika, who's calling card is literally the heart beat drums of liberation.
