You know. I hope this triggers the AI-pilled. This is so true about a lot of AI that supposedly will "change the game." You end up coddling the AI and holding its hand to the point that you're taking longer to do a task you could have done yourself. "Don't get left behind" pfft. Whatever.

This is so true. I've said this like 12 times this week at work. Humans expect certain information and certain tasks to be repeatable. Y'all need to lace determinism into your ai skills. It'll not only use less tokens but it'll make your AI more predictable. Script as much as possible!

dang now tanstack is compromised (shai hulud) socket.dev/blog/tanstac... i think we’re going to HAVE to slop fork our dependency trees now to avoid these supply chain attacks. i don’t want to but how else can we do it? zero dependency life is looking pretty attractive right now

it’s not, sometimes it’s firefox. and sometimes chrome going so fast screws things up, like with the Prompt API feature no one likes lol
