FYI: PIP (Personal Independence Payments) is not an out-of-work benefit. It exists to help people pay for the extra costs that come with disability. Cutting disability benefits won’t help people who are already working, and it won’t help people back into work.

Sunday: Got up early, read this post. Switched off my phone. Put on the radio. A panel of experts in the field were debating whether or not pets go to heaven. Turned off the radio and went to queue up in the rain at the supermarket half an hour before it opened.
