Actual (spoiler free) thoughts on Raiders
quo@quoooo.bsky.social · 2mo agoThe game is essentially a looter shooter, it doesn't really reward decision making or planning or movement, only Gun With Big Number. As someone who's hit 999 in Salmon Run a bunch of times, I was hoping for a bit more of a challenge but instead I got damage sponges on the highest difficulty.
Not sure how Raiders will fare as a mainline Splatoon game when so much of the core iddentity of the first three games is getting weighed down by 3 idiot teammates, but I'm willing to try it with an open mind
