Using AI for a code review sounds unsafe, right? Join @nnennahacks.com's and my session on thursday 8PM CEST and see how #QodoAI handles this: youtube.com/live/9OyKQbC... We'll see how we can use all the advantages of AI while still maintaining control of our code. 💪

Practical AI Code Reviews with Qodo and Nnenna Ndukwe

Can AI actually improve code reviews, or does it just help us write code faster? In this live session, we'll explore how modern AI code review tools fit into...

We had another great 🛠️ DCN meetup this week. Stefan Böhringer gave us an introduction to Event Sourcing and shared his experience with the topic. The discussion and questions afterward showed how much interest there still is in fundamental software architecture topics.

Going live to build a @quarkus.io + Qute personal finance tracker with Brian "BMad" Madison, creator of the BMad Method on friday. No script, no editing out the messy parts, just seeing how far structured AI planning actually gets you. youtube.com/live/Gki9fAl... #Java

The BMad Method for Java Developers | Live Coding a Quarkus Personal Finance Tracker

I wanted to summarize things that i learned so far on coding with #AI and will share that in a live-coding session. This will be different, with a longer theory part with a few slides, and then we'll get into a #Java project. Join me and learn something or correct me: youtube.com/live/pMAdjgY...

Beginner’s Roadmap to AI-Enhanced Software Development with Java

AI coding is changing software development, but most developers are still focused on writing better prompts. In this live session, we'll take a different app...

I had a great time learning about Ingos definition of a software factory in my last live-coding session. As usual, if the session is too much for you to watch, you can read this short article about it: rabauer.dev/en/blog/soft... (Yet i still recommend watching the whole video 😉)

Stop Prompting. Start Building Software Factories for Java | Blog

Ingo Eichhorst joined me to show a practical Software Factory workflow for Java: define quality first, add hard guardrails, and let AI implement inside those boundaries.

AI can write code. Most developers have seen that. The harder question is how to make #AI produce good software consistently. Join my live-coding session with Ingo Eichhorst to explore the idea of Software Factories for #Java development: youtube.com/live/5vm4eck...

The GH-600 (#GitHub: Agentic AI Developer) exam is still in beta, so there aren't many study resources out there yet. I ended up using AI to generate a study guide and mock exams based on the available documentation. The result seems useful: rabauer.dev/gh-600

I'm so proud to be recognized by @docker.com as a #DockerCaptain! Now all i have to do is wait for the right weather...😅 It's amazing to be recognized for something that i love doing and for using something like sbx, docker-compose and Testcontainers! Thank you very much for refering me @wittek.dev!

A smiling person stands barefoot on a grassy lawn in front of lush green shrubs and small trees under a clear sky. They are wearing a blue knit beanie, glasses, a navy zip-up jacket with a “Docker Captain” logo, and denim shorts. Holding a sign featuring a cartoon bird and the words “Docker Captain,” they pose with one foot raised on a low mound, looking directly at the camera. The outdoor setting appears sunny and relaxed.
