i didn’t get many pics from AWU but i did grab two of Jack making friends at our booth!! sooo much fun to run into other object partners and friends at a furry con. this is why we do it.

have I ever posted an updated fursona ref on here? Anyway here’s Laz! exact shade of colors or exact markings don’t matter, we’re just here to have fun.

Never got around to making this raccoon in my portrait series. i’d love the opportunity to bring him to life but for now he can stay as a concept pattern.

Spent waaay too much money at my favorite glass store…. it was so much fun and I’m so excited to go home and unpack it all next week. by then i know i‘ll have forgotten everything i got so it’ll be fun to unwrap it all.

I can’t believe i’m done with awu 😭 next furcon is Spooktacufur!! i’ll be back with new ideas and decisions…. I think i’m going to start making little 6” badge customs for examples of custom works, I want a wearable glass badge!

THANK YOU to everyone who came to AWU and said hi to me while there!! I’m so touched by how well received my art was with the masses, especially to those who talked ab the importance of handmade physical art. I can’t believe how great the con was.

i finished up my final glass project and then cleaned and straightened my studio space. been too hot to work so i put it off for a while until this morning. i’ll be back in the studio mid august after awu!!

re last post: one of my biggest pet peeves are folx who give rabbits paw pads….. please god stop it. i def stand if you’re doing it cuz you think it’s cute, and overall there are no rules when it comes to designing fursonas, but that’s one thing that i’ll be upset over forever.

*looks both ways* I don't think furries love animals as much as they claim they do.*runs away and hides* Let me explain, this goes beyond giving rabbits paw pads idc. I mean theres people that base their whole personality around rabbits, but have no idea that rabbits paws are completely furred.

Finishing up some final glass designs before cons roll around, and I still have to finish my fursuit to make him wearable? I don't have the time.... how will I be able to finish this all.... Laz 2.5 may just be for show and I'll have to wear Laz 1.0 at the con. Which i dont rly wanna do!!

Feeling excited and in love w my table setup!! (featuring Henry)

Working on my table setup for con season, and finding time and time again that my maximalism is my downfall. I love patterns and textures and colors!! All at once and sometimes its competing!! I need to figure out how to do that while still highlighting my glass as the main focus here.

The fox eats the rabbit: is the rabbit gone? No. The rabbit is a part of the fox now. And they'll be together forever until they become the soil again and more rabbits come to eat the grass that grows from it. Everything is one. The one returns to itself.

found the PERFECT heavy weight fabric to use as a backdrop for my con setup! It’s a giant duvet cover I found at Savers…. so excited for a textured green and gold bg it’ll look so nice with my setup ;0;

Finished up another panel that’ll be available at AWU next month! I think I want to do one or two more of these…. they‘ve been so much fun to make a random assortment of animals and find nice color schemes together.

Spent all day today working on my fursuit to realize i’m totally out of black fur. I need like a 6” square for the tip of both ears and i’m totally out…. 😭

Who’s gonna be at spooktacufur this year? I started vending with them their first year and they’ve been my favorite growing con! excited to cook up a bigger setup.
