This week, Race Forward facilitated a 2-day workshop at Education Justice Alliance for youth organizers. The workshop introduced 8th-10th graders to using self-publishing for liberation and explored how movements use creative tools for narrative and storytelling to support organizing campaigns.

Culture builds solidarity. And solidarity is what we need to fight against the narratives that divide our communities. Our final conversation in the #RaceAnd DemocracyIs: series will show you how to develop cultural strategies that transform public institutions with racial equity in mind.
