A beautiful day for a leisurely cruise of #LakeTahoe and Emerald Bay aboard the MS Dixie II paddle boat. It is the largest alpine lake in North America and the second deepest lake in the US.

Lots of thrills and chills in the latest episode of #StarTrek #StrangeNewWorlds. I will definitely be rewatching "The Griffin Incident" in October. It's perfect for some Halloween frights. Great episode! 👻🖖

We first saw #KarlUrban in Hercules and Xena in the 1990s. Since then he has played Eomer in the #LordOfTheRings and Dr McCoy in #StarTrek as well as #JudgeDredd. It was terrific to hear his stories at #GalaxyCon where he talked of working with Peter Jackson and Leonard Nimoy. #GalaxyCon2026

It was great to meet #BobcatGoldthwait at #GalaxyCon. We know him from the "Police Academy" movies and "Unhappily Ever After" and are big fans of his appearances on "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" on NPR. It was wonderful to hear stories of his career and friendship with #RobinWilliams. #GalaxyCon2026

We thoroughly enjoyed the Season 4 premiere of #StarTrek #StrangeNewWorlds. "Valles Marineris" mixes action with thought provoking drama and poignant decisions. The excellent cast is great as always. 🖖

Few shows are perfect from beginning to end, but #UndercoverMissHong is one. Comedy, Romance, Drama, and Suspense mixed with history and a satisfying ending. The impressive cast delivers outstanding performances to create believable characters and enduring friendships. Excellent series on #Netflix!

We picked up the new edition of the classic #Zorro comics by #AlexToth. The "Indisputable Edition" features the black and white inks and the "Remastered Edition" features the issues in full color. Plus, there is a bust of #GuyWilliams as Zorro along with mini-prints and cards.⚔️

Terrific to receive the "Athena Voltaire Summer Special" from @stevebryantart.bsky.social ! The action packed series is a favorite of ours and features the globetrotting adventures of a courageous aviatrix in the 1930s. The Kickstarter Rewards include the new issue and fun mini-posters.

A spectacular concert from #LionelRichie featuring his greatest hits plus his biggest hits with #TheCommodores. The show featured stunning visuals with fire and smoke effects and his piano would rise onto the stage for his ballads and then lower off stage for his dance hits. 🎶

"Sing a Song All Night Long" is a fantastic double-bill concert featuring major headliners #LionelRichie and #EarthWindAndFire. EW&F was up first and kept the audience dancing with their hits Sing a Song, Let's Groove, September, Boogie Wonderland, Shining Star, and more. 🎶

Seeing the 1944 film noir classic #PhantomLady at #CarolinaTheatreDurham for Retro Noir at the #RetroFilmSeries. The movie is known for its stylish cinematography, jazz music, and strong female protagonist. 🎬🎥🎞️🍿

A wonderful night seeing #PaulSimon on his #QuietCelebration tour which opens with an acoustic performance of #SevenPsalms followed after the intermission by a collection of greatest hits. A terrific show! 🎶

We've been fans of #TheHumanLeague for 45 years since we first heard their music while dating and it was awesome to see them in concert. A fantastic show that had the audience on their feet throughout the night for their many hits! A fabulous show! 🎶

As lifelong fans of the #RobinHood stories, we are saddened to learn of the death of the #MajorOak in #SherwoodForest. The tree was 1,200 years old and dated back to the original legend. We are fortunate to have visited Sherwood Forest and saw the majestic tree. Such a sad day. 🏹🌳
