Forgot to use !multi when pasting into @simonwillison.net's `llm` CLI tool, and the output was fascinating. Gemini4 evaluating every line in isolation, wild hallucinations and even switching to cyrillic at some point.

The Team Topologies book makes some points about organization that would be obvious if it had been any other subject. Organizing teams by technology would mean putting everyone who uses Excel in one department. Other teams can order "Excel services" from them.
