Dad Life Lvl 43 Love westerns, horror, and adventure stuff. Just here to talk games & more.

Well it sucks admitting this but my at-home sleep study showed I have severe sleep apnea. I'm being transparent because outside of having an extremely dry mouth lately, I had no idea. I don't even snore that loud. So if you have any doubts or concerns. I'd advocate for getting yourself tested.

So I may have to get put on a cpap machine if I have sleep apnea. I just had to take a test and I don't know the results yet, but I've had some on and off again issues when it comes to sleep and how I feel the next day so it was time. Anyone have any experinece with this and care to DM me?

Just my own thought and perspetive. More about people coming together about awesome things going on in gaming, your life, and whatnot, and less on dog piling, drama, etc. We all can get caught up in a moment, but let it be just that, a moment. Keep moving forward with the better stuff.

Received some devastating news on a friend I've known for 20 years that lives in the UK. I hadn't heard from him in awhile after some struggles, today his sister reached out & let me know he is in jail. I broke down. There is a lot to the story but I'm worried & they are trying to het him out asap.

People have asked me (with my current partner), how do you know she is the one? 43 years alive, dated, married & divorced...but it's so simply. She is the best friend I never knew I needed, destined life partners, we laugh, cry, & have each others backs. Add me to the "when you know you know" pile.

My final thoughts on Adventure of Elliot after playing for about 15 or so hours and putting it down. 7.5 outta 10. Loved it at the start. Wanted to love it more. Just a case of wanting more and not gelling. It happens. On to the next.

As someone that has had anxiety most my life, with some extreme cases of panic, and just anxiety in general. As I've gotten older things have changed. First example, spicy food. I love a good kick of spice, but now if it's anything more then a solid little burn, it makes me super anxious. 1/3

Welp, even sometimes I have to realize I'm just not having fun with a game anymore and have to toss in the towel. When my fun factor drops, my attention span ceases, and I'd rather be playing other games. I think that's a sign. I hate feeling that way, but that's just how it goes.

So I'm REALLY struggling to keep going with Adventures of Elliot as much as I was loving it 10 hours in. Which is kinda bumming me out. I am in the age of budding now, can anyone tell me if from here on out things will pick up considerable?

The less I use social media or the internet for social elements, the better my mental health is. 100%. No matter how much you try and keep things minimized, negativity, and an overall vibe of angry folks always busts through and I won't bombard myself with negativity all the time. It's unhealthy.

Gaming wise, I'm sorta of hopping all over. Adventures of Elliot, while I love a lot of it, it lost a LOT of steam for me so hoping to push thru. AC Black Flag is killer! Like wow at them visuals. Mouse PI is totally captivated me and feels like almost underated to me. Hope you all are doing well.
