This is true, though, and actually super destructive. When communities get so toxic and loud despite offering no useful criticism beyond "I hate this" "content", the whole place goes on ignore - even if there's good feedback in there later. Nobody wins. www.videogameschronicle.com/news/angry-w...

Started playing a lil game called Big Hops about a frog dreaming of adventure and the world beyond the forest. And while I could see the inciting event coming from a mile away, it still managed to surprise me and deliver on that narative hook to keep going. store.steampowered.com/app/1221480/...

It's the 2nd anniversary of Enshrouded, which is a respectable but small number. So here's a bunch of very big numbers, from our ever more numerous players! 5 MILLION of you have stepped into Embervale (and then on average each of you fell to your death about 10 times)!🪦 Thanks, Flameborn! ❤️

An infographic of Enshrouded showcasing a bunch of milestones reached. The most salient points are: 20901 years collectively spent playing Enshrouded, Fell soldier is the deadliest enemy, and the game has reached over 5 million players!

Pretty lacklustre episode 3 with a dumb alien encounter. They did this in Romulus as well where the aliens are dictated by the script not to move too fast or kill a character because reasons. But that always ends up being unconvincing. It's bad writing.

So far Alien: Earth seems pretty promising! Some questionable extra creature designs compared to the original alien, but maybe they will deliver some interesting surprises. I also wonder who picked the credit songs. They surprisingly fit, but so unexpected. Waiting for episode 3
