The problem with not being able to see a dentist for several years is that I have a major problem and no longer have the dentist that I went to since they stopped taking my insurance. Add the whole thing about work/volunteer requirements next year and I'm screwed. My teeth will be the death of me.

The anthro redraws were not something I had planned, but after looking at my old renditions of the cast, I realized how ugly they look with how much I've improved over the years, and really felt the itch to have a do-over. So I'll draw as many as I feel like and post them in pairs or small groups.

Digging around in my older files, I found these headshots of my girl, Peach, from 2024 that I never shared. I should draw her and her girlfriend again. It's been years.

I'm actually pretty happy with my ability to freehand an animal sketch from a reference, even if it's not supposed to be 1:1 to the source. I've gotten more confident with anatomy these past few years, and now I'm attempting some new forms, mainly to use for my fantasy creatures. It's fun.

These three are honestly some of my favorite pony designs I ever did that are wholly original characters. Silver Crest, Blue Moon, and Artemis Lunebow, respectively. I love drawing braids and I think they came out great.

Casual Dansu Litefeet outfit idea. The idea is street dancer attire, loose, breathable, with just enough flashiness to draw attention when she's dancing. I might add some logos or something just for a bit more visual appeal, but I like the basic aspects of it so far.

Some design concepts for the three key species that serve as the basic building blocks for the other species that they can potentially hybridize into. Each has fundamental appearances and abilities that can transfer to their offspring to create subspecies interchangeably. More on that later.

I've sketched some basic concepts and wrote some design notes for core species and how hybridization/categorization works between them. The idea is that they can freely interbreed between the species to cover all categories of creature for simplicity's sake. After that I can sketch a few hybrids.

Maybe for the sake of salvaging some fandom OCs that I can't comfortably use in their intended narrative anymore, I might simply remake them into something more original to allow for more creative freedom. I don't like the idea that much, but it's better than leaving them to rot in my folders.

Some Eastern style dragons that I drew to get past my artblock/sadness.

I need to make better friends. I'm just scared to reach out.

There's a definite correlation between my mental health and having a book to read before bed. I read through three books in quick succession (Project Hail Mary, Sunrise on the Reaping, and The Martian) and now I don't currently have any new reading material. I don't want to reread things right now.

Kinda messed up that a lot of my personal problems are caused by and can be solved by one thing, namely an organ and a procedure, (neither of which I want), or through medication, which is probably more viable but (as an American, sigh) can be equally tedious. Bleh.

I've got to start considering what to do with my old Pokemon from the DS era games since the Bank is closing soon. I've been a player since Gen 4, and I feel like I should send my core teams and the shinies I've had for almost 20 years to "the Ark" to be spared from potential cartridge corruption.

Unable to sleep last night due to taking headache meds (caffeine is a curse at 9pm) and my brain was like "Think about your OCs being lonely touch-starved creatures" and now I'm unhappy because I can't draw that longing due to arm pain. Yippee.

Played Peak with a group again today, and finally made it to the peak alive (died in the Tropics and Citadel though). Also my first time seeing the Mesa. I did it scared, and I survived (the game and the anxiety, lol).
