So I just discovered that After Effects can just...FORCE USE INTEGRATED GRAPHICS and not use your GPU for rendering. After I disabled integrated graphics in my device manager...Adobe finally used my 4070ti and turned what was a 1 hr render...into a 4 MINUTE render.

So I ordered bubble tea on door dash...and this man left my order at the wrong door...my neighbor who has dedicated to making their courtyard Wizard of Oz. So I went down...and saw the bubble tea was behind the door (it went through a hole my neighbor's cat would go through).
So..I had to restart my PC cause for some reason, After Effects thought ctrl + S....was PUT THE COMP INTO THE RENDER QUEUE
Update: moving the release date to December 26th instead!
