There is really no reason to play national anthems before sporting events, unless perhaps its one national team/player versus another national team/player.
Very few (close to zero) career gamedevs realistically get to choose what games they end up working on. Working on a cool and/or successful game is not an inherent reflection of the skills of the individual in question.

listed or speculated values for 'collector items' don't mean anything. there is only actual immediately material value. things are only monetarily worth what someone is actually willing to pay you presently and directly. collect things principally because you enjoy them.
