The realization that the only accountability Republicans will have is being voted out of office. They lose their jobs. Big fucking deal. They abdicated their responsibilities and allowed this administration to carry out atrocities. I guess this is what’s meant by “life isn’t fair.”

I’m popping my cork. Victims of child abuse are treated with total disrespect by the Republicans, just the same way they treat victims of sexual abuse. No! Child abuse is not a fucking family matter that should be dealt with in the family. Abuse cannot be closeted so the abuser can continue.

Men feel, in most cases, they get a bad deal in custody cases because they are required to pay child support. Period. End of story.

I have compassion for Sen. Moreno’s daughter and granddaughter. Moreno said the sick people that look at half-naked pictures, that were released by Miller’s attorney, of his granddaughter should be jailed. I don’t recall Moreno saying the same thing about those in the Epstein files.

Nondisclosure agreements have caused a great deal of harm. They are a legal way for people to lie, continue immoral, destructive, abusive and illegal behaviors with absolutely no consequences. Think about all the things we could’ve known if it wasn’t for these agreements. They should be illegal.

The GOP is taking the authoritarian takeover in stride. They should all get an Oscar for their performances in convincing the public that it’s business as usual. Kennedy wanting the budget passed as a priority while Thune wants to get Blanche confirmed. The usual stuff. Apathetic assholes.

There was a time I enjoyed hearing and watching fighter jets practicing their maneuvers above me. I felt pride in our country and military. Now I feel fear when I hear those planes. Fear our country will be attacked. Fear that those practicing will die for nothing. Now it’s the sounds of war. 😢

Congress is responsible for everything that Trump does and it’s past time they are held accountable. Voting them out of office is great in theory. They are able to inflict too much damage between elections. And our only recourse is to fucking vote? Evil is winning and all we can do is watch.

I am stunned people still believe Trump is going after “the worst of the worst” with his immigration policies.

Trump and his administration want revenge on Dr Fauci because THEY looked, sounded and acted like deranged monsters at the beginning of COVID. Dr Fauci refused to play along with their lies.

Our country is crumbling, and not just politically. We no longer have shared morals that keep us together. Gone are the days that honesty, respect, compassion, fairness and responsibility were taught, and more importantly, expected. Expected not only of ourselves, but of society as a whole. 😔

I’ve been reading some disturbing comments regarding the service members that were killed. They did not die for Trump. They were not in the war to serve Trump. They signed up to serve our country and are following orders. They don’t deserve disrespect. The venom needs to be directed at Trump.

My sister filled her gas tank two days ago at $3.99 per gallon. Yesterday, at the same station, it was $4.20. Affordability isn’t a word made up by the Democrats. Affordability is, however, something the Republicans don’t care about.

The thought of Trump and Hagseth meeting the fallen soldiers when their remains arrive in the US makes me sick. I find it disrespectful beyond belief. They are the ones responsible for their deaths. They died for nothing.😢😢😢😢

SD Senator Mike Rounds did a good job today questioning Hagseth. Had he voted to convict Trump, not once but twice, the deceased service members he’s now concerned about would still be alive.

We help Canada fight their wildfires and they help us fight ours. That’s what good neighbors do. The smoke from their wildfires invades us and ours invades them. Adjust to the smoke and STFU or do something about it. Climate change is real, yet Trump’s policies damage our environment further.

Why do people think/say Trump really believes he won the election? He knows Biden won. Trump uses the narrative that he won, convincing millions of ignorant people, only to accomplish chaos and tear our country apart. He needs this to further his desire for dictatorship.

The biggest, and possibly the last, warning shots to the country are being fired tonight by Democrats that this election may be the end of our democracy. The warnings tonight have been chilling. People need to pay attention and act now!
