My poor 26-year-old leopard gecko is starting to go blind, so she can't hunt for herself as well as she used to. I was recommended this formula, and she seems to enjoy it...which is good, because it smells absolutely rank to me. 🤢

I just realized that I've done something absolutely diabolical. I ate baked beans as part of my lunch today, and now I'm about to board not one, but two flights. Do the baked beans count as my personal item?
Sometimes I wish I wasn't good at pattern recognition. I try to ignore it at times and almost always give the benefit of the doubt, but my instincts are usually right. Other times I wish people could see what I see. Maybe they do, and turning a blind eye is easier especially if it benefits them.

I had another amazing time at SGDQ this year. I got to hang out with friends, see some incredible runs, and support a great cause. Also, sorry if I seemed rushed leaving the hotel. Garrus was getting a little stressed as we left, and I wanted to get him comfortable and home ASAP.
No Barrio elote this year, but they did have esquites for the SGDQ CORNmunity meet-up. ❤️🌽

Omaha went a little too hard last night. It was so smokey, I could barely see across the street.
The surgeon's office just sent me this photo of Garrus! He's doing well and looking good in the 'cone of shame.' I can't wait to pick him up tomorrow morning! 🐈⬛️❤️
Just got a call that Garrus is out of surgery and in recovery. They said he did well, and he's currently snuggling in his blankets right now. 🐈⬛️❤️
With everything going on with my health and Garrus's health this month, I almost forgot to post this! Down to the wire! Happy Pride folks! Rainbow corn is the perfect corn for this month and every month in my opinion! 🌈🌽
At the orthopedic surgeon's office collecting all the dust bunnies under the chair. Waiting for our consult before surgery tomorrow.
Garrus broke his hip, and he's not even 2 years old yet. No idea how it happened. The bad: they couldn't fix it at the ER vet, and he has to be referred to an orthopedic surgeon. Also, they aren't open until Monday. The good: they gave him some really good painkillers. I'm so devastated. 💔
At the ER Vet with the boy. He jumped up onto the bed and was immediately crying and howling. I noticed he was limping off his back leg, and he gets very agitated when I try to touch it. I'm not sure what happened because I don't see anything out of place at home. Poor boy seems so defeated.
