Vibe coded software is free as in puppy not free as in beer. Even if writing code is now cheap, you still have to maintain it.

You've heard of vibe coding - but how about rage coding? I had a great time chatting with Dr Cat Hicks (@grimalkina.bsky.social) last night for The Product Experience podcast about her new book, The Psychology of Software Teams. Look for the episode to drop in a couple of weeks!

I'm seeing a lot of people struggling with how AI will affect their jobs developing products and services. HOW we work is changing. And will continue to do so. If you're a designer and only concerned with pushing pixels, you're in trouble. If you're a PM and only focus on writing tickets, same. /1

Edge cases: Don't use this phrase to describe groups of people. Edge cases only apply to a process. Edge cases are other ways to do the process when the context is slightly different, like "it's below freezing" or "several people are out sick today."
