Due to a personal health issue that needs to be treated soon, I will be skipping Megaplex entirely at least for this year. I wanted to at least try to see some friends there, but I will plan for other local events instead.

I'll sadly no longer be able to attend FWA because of the accident I was in two weeks ago that has prevented me from returning to work anytime soon. I really wanted to be there for the theme this year and even had a cosplay planned. I should be at Anthrocon this year, however.
Wishing I could go back to work. I was in an accident on the night of April 6th due to a red light runner. I've been having pain in my chest and neck since then, and it hasn't been getting better. I've been at home without pay while I work with an attorney and I also started going to a chiropractor.

Regarding this, I've attempted to reach out to HR and leadership at @megaplexcon.org and only the chairman responded while my former lead left me on read. I only wanted an explanation, but no one seems to want to tell me. Until someone does, I no longer want to attend the con or their events.
