I will say this: by treating the Odyssey like a sort of Greek Bible, you make it unadaptable because every adaptation falls short in some manner. There is some aspect of the story’s original format that is lost when you start casting, condensing, and rearranging the timeline.

The Wilson vs Nolan discourse is somewhat exhausting because Wilson seems only be grading it as an adaptation, which is a fair perspective, but not how most people will grade it.

1/ Re: the Epstein financial stuff, you have to understand it's less risky to launder money through major financial institutions than it is through the black market, even if the black market is your destination. Of course Epstein didn't tell the banks he was sex trafficking.

one thing that I appreciated about Zohran was his willingness to backtrack from some of the Woke 1.0 era posts that didn’t age well and were posted in a different context. I do not understand why Hong is incapable of doing that, especially since she is running in a swing state instead of NYC
