One month later I just now remembered Aero Rover is explicitly called 「义人」 (Righteous One) by Cartethyia... LOL 义 carries those ideas of duty, knighthood, and self-sacrifice that I have been mulling over. It's speculative theory, but it allows to toy with stuff like this.
Ever since I found out that Fusion ties to anger/the will to retaliate so many things started to make more sense in Wuwa. It was easy to think Brant hides sadness in his heart with a grin but I kept wondering, a Troupe so resilient cannot be born of such a fragile foundation.
I remember the first time I did Brant's Companion Quest in Wuwa I was so confused, because it is such an odd duck in this game. Especially because of how it feels like one of those pixar adventure movies I used to watch as a kid.
Looking back and I don't think I will ever get over how Wuwa gave me my two most favourite characters Brant and Aalto breathing the same air together in the same space not once, not twice, but thrice. No wonder I feel spoiled as a fan no matter what.
Now I think of it, I remember the first time I played this I accidentally interrupted the dialogue and never got to listen to him singing. Goated VA.
I'm so madly in love with Brant's character, it's carrying me through each day with a stupid smile on my face. oh, a silly fangirl, be silly 😭
Although I had reserved a section for him at the shrine, I had nothing to say about Hymer. It was only yesterday that I realized he sort of supervises the singing rehearsals.

Even though Aldric is like a parody of Greed in this story, the moment when he gets crushed by the rocks is pretty brutal. It pays off because you see this sad side of Brant, even if just for a moment. 💔
Right, I'll stop here to get some sleep, I should have plenty of time to finish later. XD Whether it's before or after the eclipse idk, but I also want to check out Snezhnaya too because I wanna see Tartaglia again too!
