I can’t “like” this report but the demise of an Aid program that saved lives of millions of disadvantaged people across the world, was grossly amoral, and its justification by Trump utterly unprincipled.
Don Moynihan@donmoyn.bsky.social · 3w agoThis is a really good explainer about the mortality estimates around USAID. One big point is that dismantling USAID also dismantled one of the main sources of mortality data in some of these regions. Early indicators of mortality are very worrying.
