Arwa is a nine month old baby, who has come in a bit wheezy and short of breath.
She was born at term, with no problems, and has been well since. She has no siblings. There is no other family history. Mum is a smoker.
Her observations are:
RR 28, SpO2 95%, dipping occasionally to 93%, HR 148, Cap refil < 2 seconds. She has fed as much as normal, and has had lots of wet nappies. How much oxygen should Arwa be placed on, and through what delivery device?
