1,552 words today and a realization: I spend a *lot* of time going back to fix things. Like names that changed over chapters and character tics that revealed themselves over time. Feels like keeping things consistent is a good use of time, even if the daily word count struggles. #AmWriting

1,372 words written today. Well below the goal, but I figured out a way through some complex plot mechanics that should make writing the next chapter so much easier. Also fried some peanuts because apparently, not writing counts as writing. #AmWriting

2,092 words today — a few hundred short of the goal, but figured out: - How to move the plot forward - Aspects of characters that I didn't know - A new location to add depth to the world So I'll take that as an #AmWriting win.
