I'm puzzled why Burnham back-pedalled on this. Even if it also affects Labour donations, given the clear imbalance of interests, and wealth leaning toward the Tories (or worse, Reform and the ultra-right) it still makes sense to enact a cap/ban.

Between V3 and V2.8 #GIMP has added new image features. That's fine; progress. What is NOT fine is that it is not backward compatible. To save a file that the older version can read (because, say, you have devices on older distros not carrying the latest version) the feature must be removed.
