Midwest USA born and raised. Progressive as they come. Happy to be away from “that other place.”

Whoa. Sherrod Brown’s new ad is devastating for Jon Husted. Sarah Bloom Anderson trusted Husted when he looked her in the eye and promised he wouldn’t cut Medicaid, the program that saves her daughter. One week later, Husted voted to cut Medicaid.

Let me tell you a little bit about Mike Rogers. Never shied away from a DTE check. Will do anything Blue Cross Blue Shield wants him to do. Introduced legislation to increase the flow of opioids. Went back to Florida so he could lick every single boot Donald Trump owns.

Medicare 4 All advocates have been making this case for 25 years. (Or more?) In Ron Suskind’s 2004 book Paul O’Neil made the case to Dick Cheney - that it would cost 2 trillion to switch to M4A back then. And even if Yale was only half-right - that’s 22 YEARS of savings - lives and money we missed.

"Previous research has shown that shifting the United States to a Medicare for All system could save roughly 68,000 lives and $650 billion per year, but a new study by experts at Yale University suggests the savings would likely be even greater on both fronts." 📰 https://ow.ly/pMNK50ZziQ6

It took nearly 7 decades, after invention of the silicon solar cell in 1954, for the world to install 1 terawatt of solar capacity, enough to power entire USA After passing that milestone in 2022, world added its second terawatt in 2024 and its third in 2026 e360.yale.edu/digest/three...

The World Adds a Third Terawatt of Solar Power

In March, the world passed a major energy milestone, adding its third terawatt of solar power. Increasingly, poorer countries are leading the shift to solar, analysts say.

Surrounded by women, lawmakers, and advocate champions, Gov. Maura Healey signed landmark legislation ensuring full abortion access in MA. Women have the fundamental right to choose for their own bodies. Healthcare is a human right, period!

We’re about to see what happens when EVERYONE in the campaign industril complex, media, polling, consultants, advertisers and establishment politicians aligns together against Progressive politicians in order to KEEP THE MONEY FLOWING. Getting the money out will be the hardest political fight ever.

Every Dem campaign needs an ad based on Michigan’s Senate race. AIPAC / pro Netanyahu forces - spent 70 MILLION DOLLARS on a democratic primary. A DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY. And now -those same forces are going to spend an additional HUNDRED MILLION to elect a REPUBLICAN. *THATS* how scared they are.

For those paid to know @msnownews.bsky.social It’s not how long a politician has been in politics -it’s WHO A POLITICIAN WORKS FOR - that determines if they’re “establishment” or not. Do you vote in congress based on what your donors tell you? Or do you vote for what’s best for your constituents?

WATCH: @sanders.senate.gov talks to @lawrenceodonnell.bsky.social about the current Democratic establishment and how voters want leaders in the Democratic Party to do more than "tinkering around the edges."

Thought for the day: The folks who spent all that dough on Stevens are going to do it again. This time for Mike Rogers. They must win - no matter with who. This is why it’s important to get the money out. And getting the money out is going to be the biggest mountain to climb in American politics.

I’m watching @msnow tonight and wondering how it is possible that NOBODY who works there seems to understand what we mean when we call a politician an ESTABLISHMENT politician. Hint 1: Would they vote to end inside trading for members of congress and their staff and their families? Hint 2. Would

You know - It’s funny. If you want to spend your entire day responding to comments and replies* - just say something positive about Bernie Sanders or the Progressive movement. *some intelligent but most of them incredibly ignorant… 😂

#sundayshows Hey did everyone notice that regardless the show - regardless the network - When talking about the 70 BILLION DOLLARS republicans want to spend on this war of choice - When talking about that money - all the various “journalists” are saying: “well we’re in this now…” Interesting.
