If you've considered therapy but aren't going, what is making you hesitate?
How do you heal from being hurt? Especially if a conversation with the person is not on the table. (Oh infamous "I don't" people your input isn't helpful)
I see numerous therapists on social media both insisting that therapeutic insights are essential, and also looking down on the public for not having them, and not approaching things the way a therapist does. Very odd.

Saw Obsession last night as part of a double feature. I wouldn't have gone to see it on its own but I ended up really liking it. Inde Navarrette is excellent. She manages to add just the right amount of comedy to a terrifying performance. The other film was Disclosure Day. I didn't like it as much.
