WordPress marketers, take notes. Google updated its helpful content guidelines, and one change matters if you use AI to write for your sites. Google now advises you to disclose when AI substantially generates your content, and to explain why automation was useful for that piece. It is not a ban.
"So half the job of marketing is actually marketing marketing to people that don’t understand marketing." funny but true. 🤪

Fluent Forms is now powering 800,000 websites! 😊 When I first became the product marketing lead of @fluentforms.bsky.social, it was slowly growing, but the marketing was a mess. 1/3

Fluent Forms 6.2.15 went live yesterday, and this review came in today. Joe has used @fluentforms.bsky.social for a while and was waiting for Google Pay and Apple Pay support. He had asked for it himself, and he calls it a big missing piece for his payment forms.

Say Hi, if you are also attending WordCamp Sylhet 2nd–3rd October 2026 🥳
Everyone's arguing $5M vs $20M for "fuck you money." From where I sit in Sylhet, $5M would fund three generations. The number was never the point. FU money is the day you can turn down work you don't believe in and still cover next month. Some people get there at $50K. Some never do at $20M.

Waking Up Every Day Is a Privilege — Weekly NishIsHere Issue 108 Researchers used Anthropic's Claude to hack into OpenAI So interesting! I did not know they made a song for the Rocky movie. "For $200 a month, anyone can use these tools and hack into a company like OpenAI. If it can happen to them — and I don't think they've been slouching recently on cybersecurity hygiene — it could happen to anyone." — Matt Fredrikson, CEO of Gray Swan Its our duty to warn them. I don't know how to react to this 😟
