I wouldn't be surprised to discover Kemi Badenoch drives a 1992 Lada Samara. By replacing it with a better car, she would be admitting it was a mistake buying it in the first place.

Recovering X and Twitter addict. Looking for a funnier, more intelligent place. Lifelong Leeds United supporter. I block racists. Elderly white hippie and proud.
There's something of George Costanza about Kemi Badenoch in her decision to appoint the former neo Nazi as a Tory advisor. Rather than admit she's made a howler, she goes to extraordinary lengths to attempt to show she's correct. Similar to George and the Jerk Store joke. #Seinfeld
Is there anyone or anything that Kemi Badenoch actually likes? Conservative councillors are the latest group to be on the receiving end of her contempt.
There's a special place in Hell reserved for drivers who throw their used cigarette butts from their cars. In these conditions, it should carry a prison sentence.
It probably won't happen but the prospect of Badenoch leading a Tory general election campaign is a joy. Every time she leaves X and enters the real world, she is hilariously inept and crass.
Clever move by Burnham to hint at a public inquiry into Epstein. Not only the right thing to do but it also puts Trump on the back foot. Kowtowing and indulging Trump isn't the only option available.
Badenoch is on the front page of the Daily Telegraph impersonating a police officer. Makes a change from impersonating a party leader.
The Bielsa era started eight years ago today. What a journey we had. #lufc
.....you have the right to remain silent.
Kemi Badenoch pretending to be a police officer. The Telegraph pretending to be a serious newspaper. Imagine being stupid enough to pay £4 for this nonsense or fall for Badenoughs policy free PR propaganda. Radio4 Today will read it out no doubt, with lavish lip smacking gusto.
Looking so bored with the USA.
Joe Strummer by Bob Gruen 🖤
I'd rather have a numbers guy than a football guy like, say, Peter Ridsdale. #lufc
🚨 MARATHE EXIT WARNING ⚪🟡"Numbers guy, not a football guy": 49ers fans send a stark warning to Leeds United supporters after Paraag Marathe leaves his 25-year NFL role to focus full-time on Elland Road. Full story 👇
Best wishes to @grahamsmyth.bsky.social in his new role. It was a tough gig to follow Phil Hay. It can't be easy to be respected by the club and trusted by the fans but, like Phil, he did it. Can't believe it's 7 (Seven) years. Time is a jet plane, it moves too fast. #lufc
Whether you're smart, special, unique, very sensitive, loving, caring, funny and a good mother is solely the judgement of others. Sarah Ferguson and Andrew "Too honourable" Mountbatten Windsor are a perfect match.
Those who've known dementia and Alzheimers in the family will recognise the state of Trump. He's now past the stage of lying about facts and entered his own reality. He says anything he believes to be true at any given moment. Sadly, he has no-one to care for his welfare enough to intervene.
That a former neo Nazi is welcome in the Badenoch led Tory party but Shapps and Gavin Barwell aren't speaks volumes. It's baffling that Badenoch cannot recognise that the obvious path to power depends on moderate centre right voters.
Reform is the party for life's silver medallists. Farage, Tice, Yusuf and countless others have done well in life but not as well as they think their talents deserve. They need scapegoats to blame for not winning gold.
Five tickets in 6 months show Lynda La Plante, unlike her driving, is a bit slow. It also highlights how the driving test decades ago was not fit for purpose. I passed my test in 1974 without a single lesson. It wasn't until a speed awareness course in 2011 I realised I was a really poor driver.
The reality is that Pochin and her mates would have welcomed the Nazis if the country had lost the Battle of Britain. She'd have been waiting excitedly in Runcorn with a list of useful names and their addresses.
1972 was a great year for singles. Virginia Plain is one. One episode of TOTP featured a sequence of Silver Machine, School's Out, Layla and Join Together. Top that young 'uns.
Released on this day in 1972: Virginia Plain #RoxyMusic youtu.be/BonWfTW7jKc?si…
I can't find the person on here to thank who described Beethoven as, basically, Haydn played loudly. It's a perfect description of Beethoven's violin concerto played just now on Radio 3.
Rod Liddle's obituaries are not relentlessly negative. Trump's will be more of a challenge for obituary writers. Trump has zero redeeming qualities. Not a single one.
To be positive about Rod Liddle. He attended Prior Pursglove Sixth Form College in Guisborough. He lived in Old Nunthorpe. I can't imagine any sixth former had a more pleasant journey to and from college. Going past Roseberry Topping twice a day.
I worked at the school that Rod Liddle attended. Many staff members remembered him. Not fondly.
I totally agree. If a maths teacher had a glass of whisky while explaining the Remainder Theorem, they'd be disciplined. Yet it's fine if you're Chancellor delivering the Budget.
‼️'MPs have had their stomachs pumped.' 🍺 Turns out Hannah Spencer was right when she said that Westminster's drinking culture is “unprofessional and worrying” and leads to “questionable and dangerous behaviour”. ⏳️ It's time to end Parliament's drinking culture.
Farage is a taxi for hire, a billionaire's poodle. The idea he's some plucky anti Establishment scamp is risible.
Delighted that Ptolemy from Shropshire is enjoying the music on #Radio3 this morning.
