22♂ || Developing 2D/3D Artist Trying to make art for a personal worldbuilding project. Huge fan of Pokémon, Xenoblade, DnD, and a lot of other video game series. Artfight: https://artfight.net/~RedstoneA27 Hello!

First time doing one of these community interaction posts. Not sure how much reach this will get, but it looks fun so I'm trying it! (I probably should be trying to interact with people anyhow, been kinda staying invisible for a while.)

Give me a franchise and I'll tell you my favorite character!

Another OC drawn for Art Fight! This was my first time doing folds, and I think I did pretty decent! Most of her details will be in the Alt Text and her Art Fight profile. (The guy who designed snake skeletons has a funny sense of humor, wdym several hundred rib bones?!?) #dnd #oc #artfight

A human monk who works as a missionary alongside both living and skeletal monks. Unlike most undead, the skeletal monks in her order are fully subject to their own wills, undergoing a special ritual upon reanimated, but uniquely have a 40-year time limit before they rest once again. Anima Mori uses a rattlesnake skeleton as a staff, whip, and as an animated familiar in battle, switching between each state to better fit different scenarios.

Anima tries to be prepared for just about any situation, always carrying snacks, bandages, medicine, etc. She is very considerate of others, often neglecting her own needs in favor of them, even when acommodating herself should still be doable. She usually puts particular effort into being cheery and positive, even when she doesn't feel remotely so, and is generally the most animated person in any group. However, when dealing with the dead and the dying, her behavior is much quieter and somber.

Anima takes a lot of inspiration from Día de los Muertos, The Day of the Dead, primarily because of its depiction of skeletons and the undead in a positive light. At some point I might implement a more Day of the Dead-specific aesthetic with her (and the other monks), but for now it's mainly just generally Mexican (While my setting, Pneumos, isn't in the real world, and as such doesn't have Mexico, Anima is still basically Mexican.) Anima also has a few inspirations from Jesus and Moses, particularly with Jesus' anger in the temple with a whip, and Moses' staff turning into a snake to battle.

Another OC finally drawn for Art Fight! There's a few bits I might fix later once I get my other OCs drawn up for Art Fight before it starts, but he's good enough for now. Like the previous post, more details will be in the Alt Text, and even more on his Art Fight profile! #dnd #oc #artfight

Chronicle is a half-naiad underwater archaeologist, who after being blinded by a curse in some sunken ruins, met his Warlock patron, Kanaloa, a Hawaiian mythology-inspired spirit who offered him aid. His main two abilities are electrolocation (a naiad-specific trait which his patron enhanced to work in air), and clairvoyance/limited future sight (which permits him to remain an archer despite being blind).

The most prevelant details of his design are enchanted warding pearls which replace his eyes, neatly kept green hair with a beard and ponytail, and iridescent octopus tattoos spiraling up his arms.

A reference for my OC Flare for Art Fight! Been inconsistent with his hair style and finally settled on one that I like. I might try to shade/render it at some point, but I mainly just wanted to get this finished so I can work on other OCs too. More details are in the Alt Text! #dnd #oc

Reference drawing of my OC, Flare. He wields a gold/brass flamberge rapier in his left hand with an ichthys symbol on the pommel. When sheathed, the blade takes the form of a rosary that hangs on his hip. His right arm is made of five dragon souls, with the "active" one that Flare chooses at any given time appearing as the highly saturated arm, and the remaining four appearing as rings on specific fingers. His go-to is the blue arm, since that dragon, Phaethon, was/is his wife.

WIP of a few of my main OCs in a lineup, mainly to get their proportions sorted out. In the follow-up reply thingy I have a few of their Hero Forge designs (some are a bit outdated/incomplete in design) plus a 3D render of my OC Nobody that I made a couple months ago. #oc #dnd #wip

Linework lineup of seven of my OCs, Flare, Aegis, Anima, Chronicle, Nobody, Glimmer, and Basilisk. Each one is partially based on one of DnD's eight spell schools, with one currently missing because she's much less developed than these seven so far.

One of my main OCs: Aegis. She is a High-Elf shepherd who wears a black wool cloak enchanted with protective magic. She lives among Giants akin to the Snowglass Golems, and just like most organisms living on the mountain, she gained height from the region's ambient magic. #oc #dnd #characterdesign

A Snowglass Golem: constructs formed from holy water by giants atop a sacred mountain. They ward away evil from their resident alpine tundra environment, and care for their ecosystem. Snowglass Golems come in four variants, this one being based on eagles and d4 dice. #oc #dnd #creaturedesign

A set of individuals from a slime race for my DnD-esque world called Jellies. Some are elastic/bouncy, and other are more viscous/gooey. They wear boots as not to pick up dirt and debris from the ground, and sometimes wear small objects inside of them as accessories. #art #oc #dnd #slimegirl

Hello! I haven't properly posted on social media before just recently/now, so this is a bit new for me. I'll probably post some of what OC stuff I've drawn so far and then whatever new stuff I make. I've been working on character profiles for Art Fight, and I might make some fan art at some point.
