I thought I'd be able to get Linux up and stream ready by this week... but I think we're gonna be streaming from Windows hell a bit longer. TLDR, my setup is too complicated, and it's worth reworking from the ground up in Linux. Maybe the extra time will smooth over Warudo + Proton wrinkles...
This is bad for a lot of reasons, but did Twitch consider that most of the people who aren't gonna turn this off are the people who stream for 12+ hours a day to an audience of no one? Do you want to watch AI generated streams trained on KenanVonKaiser content? Not even AI wants to watch that.
Zach Bussey 🍁@zachbussey.tos.gg · 5d agoTwitch and Amazon are apparently planning to use streams to train Generative AI. Multiple sources tell me it will be announced in the coming months, despite some internal friction against it. Creators may be able to opt out of some training data.
