Long time no #gamerstarlordpi thread. Gonna start 2026 off with Super Mario World, specifically the GBA version since that was the one I played first as a kid Despite that im more familiar with the original than I am with the remake because I DONT REMEMBER THIS PART OF THE INTRO

without telling me spoilers, do you think I'll actually enjoy playing fortune's weave? (asking because I didnt buy the game on launch day. I was super cautious about its gameplay because im someone that prefers fe games that are simple)

slightly related to lrp, i also remember a time when i was 5 years old, my mum and I played mario kart wii balloon battle. it was HORRENDOUS. not because both of us were terrible at the game, but because we both stayed up passed an unreasonably late hour... on a school night...

lucina reminds me of a time when I was younger I was constantly begging my sister to play mario kart or something......

realising that im super overprotective when it comes to whoever certain favourite characters of mine are being shipped with, and i say this as someone that doesn't make a big deal over something I dont vibe with (i usually ignore it) but uh... i was happier when I never saw it in the first place

while i agree that the gba sprite animations are really cool, my personal favourite fire emblem sprites are the ones on the ds duology, and im not saying that because im Biased and an archanea fan thats not ok im saying this because it gives off the illusion of it looking like a 3d model being used

whenever I try to revisit my favourite fire emblem games (because im not ok), i somehow end up getting distracted by tomodachi life and I forget to continue from where I left off it happened with sacred stones, now its happening with awakening

every day is a day where im glad i was proven wrong about shadows on launch day. I thought i wasnt gonna like the gameplay but turns out it was just a case of i needed to get used to it also it gave me 2 of my favourite characters whose designs i love, so yeah :)

I most likely wont post about what happens on my 2nd tomodachi life save file because it's catered to my irl friends and is filled to the brim with inside jokes... but all u need to know is that my school headteacher is gonna cheat on f!corrin (reminder, both of them are dating on my og save file)

you can't coerce me into playing f*rtnite with your collabs with big name fictional characters, I've been a hater of the game AND its fandom since it started trending in 2018 :)

I took a nap just now and I had a dream that i was in lucina's POV, and she was playing new super mario bros wii with chrom, lissa, and robin they were all arguing about missing the star coins and sabotaging each other, which is somehow a rite of passage when friend groups play nsmbwii specifically

won't play the next awakening chapter yet, im gonna take a walk because its a nice day outside rn
