Sex is usually one of the last thing that occurred within Reiner's head, so it's not far fetched to think he'll be fine. Heck, in AU where he arrives in Hydaelyn 300'ish years earlier than in WoL AU, I had him abstaining from sexual activities unconsciously for 300'ish years as well & he's fine 😂

Assuming Reiner doesn’t enchant himself: STR 3 - good enough for daily lives (mostly) but that’s it. DEX 6 - serviceable for his adventuring days. CON 1 - crippled with illness. INT 10 - sagely in his own field. WIS 7 - perceives people & circumstances well. CHA 5 - has good looks but that’s it.

The hurdle to get to know new people has never been easier IRL. On top of the "getting older makes making friend harder", I had to deal with "why do you look the way you are?"-people. A silver lining to look at is, they gave me a chance to explain. But when that happens too often, it's exhausting.
